Join Brownbody this month for a series of free workshops focused on cultivating a gentle and restorative relationship with our bodies! There are two workshop options: July 18th and July 21st

Workshop Description:

Touchpoints: Intro to Afro Embodied Healing: Soft Tender Shout

Grounded in Black socio-spiritual traditions of dance in the US and across the globe, from two-step to Lamban, this workshop is focused on cultivating a gentle and restorative relationship with our bodies. Stretch, strengthen, condition, and release by engaging a movement-based pathway towards healing.

Movers who have various movement backgrounds and experience levels are welcome.
