Save the Date for Community Skate Parties!
February 22 & March 22nd 11:30am -12:50pm at Highland Arena
Join our Learn to Skate community for our Community Skate Parties! These parties will be a time to get on the ice together and enjoy the company of our wonderful community.
We’re so excited to be hosting the first of a series of Community Skate Parties next Saturday February 22 from 11:30am- 12:50pm at Highland Arena! This will be a time to get on the ice together and enjoy the company of our wonderful community. Get ready for great music, fun games and a celebration of Black skaters who have made history in the sport of skating! Skates and helmets will be available free of cost to those who need. RSVP encouraged, but not required, so we can get an idea of how many people will be attending! We’re also looking for volunteers to help out during the event – please fill out the below RSVP form if you’re interested in volunteering!

Spring Learn to Skate Update
Brownbody will be pausing the Spring Learn to Skate session for 2025. Learn to Skate will resume in Fall 2025. Expect registration to open in August 2025 and for lessons to begin in September. Join our email list below to get updates about the Learn to Skate program (LTS interest list) and general Brownbody events (Master Contact List).
We are pausing for the spring because Brownbody is growing fast and our team needs time to shore up our internal administrative workflows in order to continue to be successful. We value the excitement and passion our community has shown for this program and we look forward to resuming in the Fall better than ever!
